Plant start emergency evacuations. Elsewhere,Minerva has reached space and have been given the order to assault the moon base. Djibril is happily yakking away about his powerful Requiem and how he is gonna be the first man to pawn Plant and all. With ZAFT forces attacking, EA send out plenty of defenders. The defenders are doing their job at keeping ZAFT at bay while the Requiem recharges.On Earth, Kira helps Athrun program his Justice. Athrun tells Kira that he is worried about Plant. Kira says he is too but since ZAFT will put up a fight, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Back on Minerva, Rey tells the plan to Shinn and Luna. He tells them there can be no mistakes this time. The plan is to get Luna enough cover to destroy the Requiem from inside. When Rey is gone. Shinn tells Luna he is worried for her. And he asks him not to be. The two share a long hug before they launch.

Meanwhile, EA forces finally spot the Minerva and Djibril sends out his Destroys. Shinn and Rey clears all of them(at this point in the series i am convinced that the Destroy are nothing more than giant grunts). Luna makes it to the inside and clears house with Shinn who joins her after eliminating the Destroys. Djibril tries to escape and is finally killed by Rey. After the explosion, the scene shifts to Dullindal who thanks Djibril and says goodbye.

On Orb the next day, Cagalli makes a speech and Athrun notices she has taken off the wedding ring. Kira and Lacus ask if it is alright. Athrun says it is as they share the same dreams.

Cagalli passes the Akatsuki to Mwu/Neo and bumps into Meyrin. She tells her to take good care of Athrun before leaving with tears in her eyes. As Archangel take off, Orb is there to salute it. Our Heroes look determined to stop Dullindal.

This episode was quite good in the sense they didn’t reuse the battle footage and showed us the true power of Legend Gundam. Next time it seems that our heroes are ambushed and are forced to start a gun fight. We also see that Meer’s Red Haro makes its way into Lacus’s hands. Seems like Meer is calling for help. We’ll see.
